Police on Sunday afternoon charged a 20-year-old man by warrant in connection with a single-car crash from last year.
At about 11:14 a.m. on Nov. 27, officers were dispatched to Nursery Road on a report of a crash. An investigation showed that a vehicle had crashed into an embankment after traveling about 39 feet in the air and the coming to rest in the road after striking a tree, according to a police report.
Police charged the man with reckless driving, a misdemeanor.
He turned himself in on the warrant at 4:17 p.m. on March 22.
The man was released after promising to appear April 2 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
