The Cavalier King Charles spaniels, of Mill Road, early in the morning of Sept. 22 (a Thursday) injured their owner while he was giving them treats, according to Officer Allyson Halm of the New Canaan Police Department’s Animal Control section. Mill Road Area Traffic To Be Re-Routed for Water Main Installation

Following up on work that started in early June, the First District Water Company of Norwalk will install a new water main on Mill Road from Silvermine Road to the town border next week, public works officials said.
