Police on Oct. 5 arrested a 49-year-old Passaic, N.J. man in connection with a theft from a motor vehicle.
On July 15, police received a report of a larceny from a car and launched an investigation, authorities said.
They obtained an arrest warrant on two counts apiece of conspiracy to commit four-degree larceny, second-degree identity theft and illegal use of a payment card.
The man was transported back to NCPD headquarters for processing on the charges.
He was held on $20,000 bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 16 in state Superior Court.
