The 1912-built Colonial at 201 Canoe Hill Road includes 6,488 square feet of living space and sits on 4.36 acres.
The New Canaan Building Department on Dec. 17 issued a permit for an addition with a full basement and 4-car garage, including a renovation of the existing home that will result in a 6-bedroom house, according to the permit.
