Police on Wednesday arrested a 23-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y. man by warrant in connection with an attempted larceny from January.
At about 8:46 p.m. on Jan. 15, officers were dispatched to Walgreens on Pine Street, where employees said a man had tried to purchase items using fraudulent credit cards, according to a police report.
Police conducted an investigation and charged the man with unlawful reproduction of a credit card, two counts of conspiracy to commit larceny, conspiracy to commit illegal use of a credit card and criminal attempt to use an illegal credit card.
At about 4:40 p.m. on Sept. 14, the man was turned in by a bail enforcement agent. He was charged with first-degree failure to appear, held on $10,000 bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 15 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
