Police on Sunday arrested a man, 31, and woman, 24, and charged them with disorderly conduct.
At about 6 p.m. on Sept. 12, officers were dispatched to Oenoke Ridge near the intersection of Holmewood Lane regarding a vehicle stopped on the shoulder of the road with its hazard lights on, according to a police report.
Two occupants of the vehicle appeared to be having a dispute, the report said.
Police learned that the two occupants of the vehicle were having a domestic dispute and, following an investigation, brought the misdemeanor charge against the man, a Norwalk resident, and woman, a Stamford resident.
It’s unclear what the dispute involved or whether it turned physical. Police withheld details.
They were released after promising to appear the following day in state Superior Court.
