The new three-bedroom home is to include two full bathrooms, a half bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and office, according to the building permit application.
The town on July 10 issued a demolition permit for an existing, 1942-built Cape Cod-style home on the .41-acre property in the A Residential zone.
The new house will cost an estimated $250,000 to build.
The property’s owners are listed as the contractors on the job, and James Quill of Bridgeport-based The Quill Group is the architect, the application said. The property last was purchased for $715,000 in May 2017, tax records show.
