The town last week received an application to build a new, 4,980-square-foot house on Selleck Place.
The new home at 28 Selleck Place will include four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a living room, family room, office, laundry room and finished attic, according to a building permit application filed Nov. 27.
It will cost about $750,000 to build, the application said.
The town on Nov. 28 issued a demolition permit for the existing 1,575-square-foot home on the .34-acre lot.
The property had been purchased in October for $850,000, tax records show.
The contractor on the new construction job is Stamford-based Property Group of CT, and the architect is William Goromby, according to the application.
