Police on Saturday arrested a 53-year-old Norwalk man and charged him with disorderly conduct.
At about 2:46 p.m. on June 8, officers responded to a New Norwalk Home home on a report of a dispute between a man on that property and a delivery driver, officials say.
Through an investigation, the officers established probable cause to bring the misdemeanor charge, according to a police report.
Police released no further details. Under state law, a person is guilty of disorderly conduct when he or she, “with intent to cause inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, engages in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior; or by offensive or disorderly conduct, annoys or interferes with another person,” among other reasons.
The man was released after promising to appear June 21 in state Superior Court.
