The New Canaan Building Department on Tuesday issued a demolition permit for a 1926-built Colonial on Park Street.
The 1,408-square-foot home at 137 Park St.—and its neighbor to the south—also were sold this week to what appears to be a newly formed limited liability company, reserved in the name ‘137 Park Village LLC.’
No data about who is involved in the company is yet available in Connecticut Secretary of the State records.
The home at 143 Park St. sold for $1,375,000, while the home at 137 Park St. sold for $825,000, according to their property transfers. Both transactions were recorded Oct. 3 in the Town Clerk’s office.
They sit on a combined .51 acres, records show.
The town on Tuesday also issued a permit to demo a Cape that sits on 3.64 acres at 910 North Wilton Road.
According to

137 Park Village LLC is owned by local builder Anthony Tomas. Considering the location and spelling of the name, I doubt it could be anyone else.
