  1. 5 days to go –2013 value $1,897,400 sold for $1.2 million
377 Oenoke Ridge Rd – $697,400 This was odd his lot was assessed at $1.2 Mil a 1.92 AC in a 2 AC zone while his next door neighbor has
4 AC in a 1 AC zone and it’s value is $1,947,300 — this last 2 assessments were done by a company who’s work was discarded By Ffairfield when 900+ people showed up to complain and waited another year to have it redone — we no longer have them as our
revalue Co — but their work still effect our taxpayers —
take the House built in 1735 who’s building value is over $250m
while a house built less then a mile away in 1957 is valued at $57,000
a Note — our assessor wanted to pay the old company $75,000 more then the 2nd bidder go figure — the BOS did not agree
and made the change — lets hope things will change
