Melissa has a knack for re-creating traditionally unhealthy dishes and making them nutritionally sound while keeping in delicious flavor! With a clean eating approach, she’s cooked on Dr. OZ, been published numerous times and develops recipes for multiple brands such as Simply Beyond Spices. Having food allergies of her own, she is keen on food substitutions & allergen friendly cooking overall. Her commitment to living a clean lifestyle through food, nutrition and clean hygienics enables her to have the health & energy needed to succeed in all of her endeavors. Melissa has great passion for cooking & sharing her knowledge of all things health.
