Fully Alive at St. Mark’s: Lise Leist-Race, Equity, and Inclusion: A Teach-in

Lise Leist will be the featured speaker at the Fully Alive Speaker Series at St. Mark’s On Nov. 10 at 9AM.. Her topic will be, “Race, Equity, and Inclusion: A Teach-in”. Leist is Director of Post Secondary Education at Future 5 in Stamford. As Director, Lise has the responsibility for engagement, development and membership experience for Future 5–Stamford area high school students. She champions Future 5’s mission: to unlock the potential of every student, playing a critical role in helping all with his or her college career transition. In addition, to developing and providing opportunities for financial support through local and national community organizations. Lise brings 20 years of people leadership experience across multiple industries and scales of business. Prior to joining Future 5, Lise
served as Dean of Community Affairs for King school as a leader in education and understanding of innovative and adaptable diversity education curricula. Lise is a thought leader in diversity and inclusion focusing on the inclusions paradox, tapping into various cultural perspectives. Receiving her Diversity Management Certification from Cornell, she continues to engage the minds and hearts of all people through an understanding of intercultural competence. Lise holds degrees from Pine Manor College and Manhattanville College. She serves as Vice Chair of Pine Manor College and Trustee for the Greenwich Audubon. Lise is also enjoys teaching Etiquette and Protocol for students, adults and businesses.
