Let’s gather together as the year changes to reflect and retreat!

– This half-day experience is designed to help you start your year off relaxed, recharged and refreshed! We’ll move, meditate, spend time in Nature, journal, and engage in ceremony to release old burdens and open you up to new possibilities.

– Snacks and tea will be provided throughout and everybody will leave with a “swag” bag chock full of goodies to help you continue the momentum of the day.

– All activities will take place in the space of the Carriage Barn Arts Center- a warm and welcoming, light-filled structure with art-covered walls; and in spectacular Waveny Park, right outside the Carriage Barn doors.

Schedule to include:

– Welcome circle/introductions/somatic movement

– Walking Meditation/Forest Bathing (weather permitting)

– Sound Bath (each participant to experience sound bowls and tuning forks on the body)

– EFT Tapping to release and move on

– Release and Renew Cacao Ceremony

-Reflection/Journaling/Conversation/Wind Up
