The New Canaan Building Department last month issued a permit for a 9,098-square-foot house on Oenoke Ridge.
The six bedroom home planned for 1052 Oenoke Ridge will include six full bathrooms, two half-baths, four fireplaces, finished attic and basement and three-car garage, according to the Sept. 5 permit.
It will cost $2 million to build, the permit said.
The contractor on the job is the property owner, and the architect is Mechanicville, N.Y.-based Timothy McLaughlin Architect PLLC, it said.
The 3.15-acre lot was purchased in May for $2,825,000, tax records show. It included a 1956-built Colonial.
