The five-bedroom planned for 2 Orchard Lane will include four full bathrooms, two half-baths, one fireplace and a finished attic, according to a building permit application filed June 21.
It will cost about $800,000 to build, the application said.
The contractor on the project is Stamford-based Altamura Homes, the architect Louis Campana Architect PLLC of Bronxville, N.Y., it said.
A demolition permit had been issued in 2017 for the residence that used to stand on the .34-acre property, building records show.
The parcel was purchased last month for $925,000, tax records show.
