The Building Department last month received an application to build a 5,560-square-foot house in northeastern New Canaan.
The six-bedroom home planned for 639 Smith Ridge Road will include six full bathrooms and three half-baths, according to a building permit application filed Nov. 3.
The house will include 15 total rooms and a three-car garage, the application said.
It will cost about $2.3 million to build, it said.
The contractor on the job is Fox Hill Construction Inc. of Bridgeport, the architect Pagliaro Architects of Darien.
The 4.03-acre property was purchased in February 2022 for $1,825,000, tax records show. In August 2022, the town issued a demolition permit for an existing house.
