A 5,558-square-foot home is planned for a 1.08-acre Conrad Road property where a 1,938-square-foot split-level house now stands, according to a building permit application.

The new home at 92 Conrad Road will include five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half-bath, a three-car attached garage and finished attic, according to the application, filed Sept. 8.
The property had been purchased in May for $1,052,500, tax records show.
The contractor on the job is Renato Gasparian Associates, the application said, and the architect is BGM Engineering of Stamford.
