Police on Friday arrested a 35-year-old Pound Ridge, N.Y. woman by warrant and charged her with driving under the influence.
The warrant stemmed from an April 13 (a Tuesday) single-car crash in the area of 1365 Valley Road, where the vehicle rolled over and came to rest in the road, according to a police report.
During an investigation into the crash, police obtained a search warrant for blood test results for the driver, the report said.
The showed her blood-alcohol level was .217 at the time of the crash, compared to a legal limit of .08, it said.
She additionally was cited for failure to drive right and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
The woman turned herself in on an arrest warrant at about 4:15 p.m. on June 4.
She was released on $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear July 2 in state Superior Court.
