It is to be built for an estimated $1,190,000 by Jericho, N.Y.-based Woodcrest Homes LLC. The home was designed by D Peters Designs LLC of Wilton, according to the application.
The 2.17-acre property was purchased for $1 million in January, tax records show.
It’s owned by a limited liability company whose principals are two New York state men, according to Connecticut Secretary of the State records.
