The New Canaan Building Department has received an application to construct a 2,929-square-foot home on Richmond Hill Road.
The five-bedroom home planned for 88 Richmond Hill Road will include five full bathrooms, one half-bath and a two-car attached garage, according to a building permit application filed Sept. 21.
It will cost about $750,000 to build, the application said.
The contractor and architect on the job is Norwalk-based Anthony Tomas Builders, it said.
The .27-acre property sold for $625,000 in October 2020, tax records show. In March, the new owners—a limited liability company whose principals are New Canaan residents, according to Connecticut Secretary of the State records—obtained a permit to demolish the 1920-built ranch-style house there.
