The New Canaan Building Department on Oct. 25 received an application for a 2,675-square-foot residence on Oenoke Ridge.
The two-bedroom house planned for 310 Oenoke Ridge—a guest house, according to the application—will include two full bathrooms, a half-bth, kitchen, great room, sitting room, laundry, pantry and garage (11 rooms total), the application said.
It will cost about $1 million to build, the application said.
The contractor on the job is Yankee Custom Builders Inc. of Greenwich, the architect New Canaan-based Brooks & Falotico, it said.
The .78-acre property includes a 1900-built Colonial, tax records show. It had been purchased in February for $1,350,000, the records show.
