Police on Nov. 7 arrested a 53-year-old Norwalk man by warrant and charged him with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery, a felony offense.
At about 10 p.m. on Election Day, Bridgeport Police took the man into custody on an active warrant from a robbery investigation, officials said. It stemmed from an incident reported to police Oct. 26.
It wasn’t clear what was stolen, though police at 11:58 a.m. on Oct. 26 did receive a report of a backpack leaf blower stolen from a Comstock Hill Road home.
The man was released on $25,000 bond and scheduled to appear Nov. 21 in state Superior Court.
