No application for the demo or plans to build anew on the .68-acre, “in-town” lot at 415 Main St. has been filed.
According to the property’s assessor’s card, the 5-bedroom home sold in May 2012 for $780,000.

A new, four-bedroom home is planned for a Cross Ridge Road lot, according to a building permit application filed Monday with the town.

To be built by Philalab LLC for about $685,000, the approximately 3,400-square-foot home eyed for what’s being called “Lot 57” will include a full kitchen, three full bathrooms, two half-baths and new driveway.
The property owner is listed as the Campana Limited Partnership, which owns 114 Cross Ridge Road— 4.19-acre lot with no structures currently on it, tax records show.

A new 6-bedroom home is planned for 43 Fawn Lane, following an application filed Tuesday with the New Canaan Building Department.
The 2.79-acre lot currently has no buildings, tax records show.
To be built by Norwalk’s Bluewater Coastal LLC for $800,000 and designed by Arpita Muchhal Design of Darien, the home will include about 4,735 square feet, encompassing six bedrooms (five finished, one future), 3-car garage, five full bathrooms, two half-baths, an unfinished attic, covered porch and terraced patio in rear, the application said.
