As your elected Constable, I want to emphasize the importance of voting this year. We are entering a time that demands responsible, transparent, and rigorous governance.
That’s why I am proud to endorse the Republican candidates for Town Council and the Board of Education. Each of these candidates embodies the integrity, professionalism, and deep sense of service that our community deserves.
Your vote will help strengthen the decision-making foundation New Canaan relies on—ensuring sound stewardship that is responsive to the needs and values of our residents.

There is a fresh new face on the campaign trail. Lina Lee is a young, smart and articulate Democrat running for Town Council. Lina and her husband were married at Waveny House and she is quickly acclimating to all New Canaan has to offer. You’ll see her everywhere in town, at the dog park with her goldendoodle Archie, at the library, and at many community events. When you meet her, you immediately get the impression she is poised and an attentive listener.
What you might not know is Lina is a proud Korean American raised in New York in a household that values academic excellence, strong family traditions and community ties. A graduate of Cornell and Boston University law school, Lina lives and breathes New Canaan values. She is a seasoned lawyer who currently serves as Executive Director of the Connecticut Bar Association. Prior to that she led a firm fighting predatory developers who misused affordable housing laws. Her knowledge of zoning regulations and municipal laws will be invaluable as New Canaan figures out the right approach to our affordable housing challenges.
She is running to protect everything that makes New Canaan special: great schools, safe neighborhoods, a vibrant downtown, a center for the arts and a social hub for people of all ages.
I am excited to vote for Lina because I know she will bring a fresh perspective to town council, a collaborative temperament, municipal knowledge and a vision for New Canaan’s future ALL voters can agree with.
