On behalf of our family, we would like to thank all those who helped make Deanna (NCHS Class 2009) and Joe’s wedding a memorable one. It all started with Saint Aloysius and especially Father Cyrus and Anne Marie who guiding Deanna and Joe throughout, including the perfect marital ceremony.
At Waveny Mansion, we want to thank Steve Benko along with Bea and Debbie from the office who kept us organized and then on the wedding day, Butch, who ensured that the Mansion looked like the Town jewel that it is.
Regarding the big day, the bride and her 10 bridesmaids went to two amazing local salons that started the celebration off right. A big thank you to Jul’s Salon and Divaz’s Salon. They really made the girls feel special.
We are truly blessed to live in New Canaan for the past 23 years and cherish its many attributes. As the wedding party left Saint Aloysius, they hitched a ride with one of them, “Old Faithful”, driven by its dedicated volunteers. Thank you Old Faithful Antique Fire Engine Association.
No wedding reception would be complete without a skilled catering house. We were fortunate to work with Christopher Angione at Carriage House Events and Catering. Christopher, his captains Kristin, Catherine, Erika and Chris, their team of chefs, wait staff, bartenders and rental affiliations were beyond professional and a pleasure to work with. Christopher took our ideas and created the desired event, ambiance and menu. As for the food, it was outstanding and plentiful!
Finally, if you want a fun party you need a rocking band. Thank you Tangled Vine, you are the best! We’ll be seeing you soon at one of the local establishments.
