Police on Thursday night cited a 24-year-old Albany, N.Y. man on a possession of marijuana charge.
At about 10:50 p.m. on April 5, an officer was dispatched to Oenoke Ridge Road north of Country Club Road on a report of two suspicious males wearing hoodies, according to a police report.
Officers found them and, after an investigation, brought the infraction-level charge.
He must pay or plead to the offense.
