Police on Feb. 8 arrested a 40-year-old Clifton, N.J. man by warrant and charged him with four counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, four counts of conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, second-degree identity theft, two counts of illegal use of a payment card and three counts of third-degree identity theft.
The warrant stems from a larceny from a motor vehicle investigation reported to police in August 2023, officials say.
The man turned himself into police at about 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 8.
He was held on $75,000 bond and scheduled to appear the same day in state Superior Court.
