Join the Holiday Fun!

The annual Holiday Stroll has become a family favorite for New Canaan residents and those of our neighboring towns. Downtown New Canaan transforms into something out of a Dickens story book. Friday night kicks off with the arrival of Santa Claus, a lighting of the trees, carol singing, live entertainment while the stores stay open late and offer refreshments and holiday cheer.

Saturday includes pictures with Santa at Santa’s workshop, characters roaming the streets, more live entertainment, a Gingerbread House Tour and much more.

Gingerbread Houses!

• Gingerbread Kits will be ready to be picked up in Early November. Over 75 stores are anxiously awaiting your creations!

This year you can pick up your FREE Kit at:

• 183 Elm Street
• When you pick up your kit at Halstead, you will be assigned a store where your finished House will be displayed. Please bring your Gingerbread House to the store no later than December 1st. We want all of the Houses in place for the Holiday Stroll. Have Fun and be Creative!
