Bakithi will be celebrating his birthday by playing through the same system that he’ll be using on the upcoming Paul Simon world tour. He has been playing with Paul ever since the Graceland album, a longer tenure in the band than any other musician. He’s also played with Herbie Hancock, Randy Brecker, Grover Washington Jr, Joan Baez, Cyndi Lauper, Tedeschi Trucks and Mickey Hart. His technique and groove are a delight to behold, come listen and hear why all these incredible artists have utilized his skills to enhance their music.
