Chef Silvia Baldini, champion of Food Network’s Chopped series, visits New Canaan Library to present the new cookbook she’s co-authored, Les Dames d’Escoffier New York Cookbook: Stirring the Pot. Silvia Baldini will present a live cooking demonstration in the library’s Kend teaching kitchen and attendees will be treated to a taste of one of the famous recipes from the cookbook.
