Renowned Birder Phil Ives will present his collection of native birds at “Feathers with Phil,” a Lunch and Learn event on Wednesday, May 3rd at noon at the Lapham Community Center. Ives will also share his knowledge of birdsong, followed by a birdwatching expedition in Waveny Park. A light lunch will be provided. The event is co-sponsored by Lapham and Staying Put in New Canaan, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping seniors live independently in the community as they age.
