Planet New Canaan, with the help of New Canaan SLOBs, will be collecting whole pumpkins (uncarved and unpainted) as well as clean, black plastic take out containers at the New Canaan Farmers Market on Saturday, Nov. 4th between 10am to 2pm. Pumpkins will be recycled as feed for cows and black plastic take out containers will go to Food Rescue, for use in local agencies.

Planet New Canaan will also collect whole pumpkins after Thanksgiving.
