Police on Monday arrested a 20-year-old Lincoln Drive man by warrant and charged him with driving under the influence.
He turned himself in to police at 3:53 p.m. on July 25 in connection with an incident on May 10, according to a police report. At about 10:24 p.m. that day, officers were dispatched to the area of Old Kings Highway and Birchwood Avenue on a report of a suspicious vehicle, it said.
Police secured a warrant for his arrest following an investigation.
He was released on $250 bond and scheduled to appear Aug. 5 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
