Town officials last week received an application to build a 4,200-square-foot home on a vacant 1-acre parcel on Garibaldi Lane.
The new home at 100 Garibaldi Lane will include four bedrooms and six bathrooms with an attached 2-car garage, according to a building permit application filed June 3.
The contractor on the job is DLW Design Build of New Canaan, specs by Mose Associates of Ridgefield, the application said.
It will cost about $850,000 to build, it said.
The property is owned by a limited liability company whose managing principal is a Ridgefield man, according to records on file with the Connecticut Secretary of the State.
His LLC acquired the property in 2006, tax records show.
