A new 6,400-square-foot home is planned for a vacant lot on Oenoke Ridge.
The four-bedroom home at 447 Oenoke Ridge will include four baths and one half-bath, according to a building permit application filed Aug. 10 with the town.
It will cost about $1.3 million to build, the application said. A contractor for the job has not yet been selected, and the architect is Doug MacMillan of Ridgefield, it said.
The 1.34-acre parcel was purchased for $930,000 in June, tax records show.
It’s located in the two-acre zone.
