The New Canaan Building Department on Nov. 7 issued a permit for a new 7,000-square-foot home on Oenoke Ridge.
The four-bedroom house planned for 1102 Oenoke Ridge will include four full bathrooms, one half-bath and an unfinished attic and basement, according to the permit.
It will cost about $4 million to build, it said.
The contractor on the job is Norwalk-based KAIS Customer Builders LLC, the architect Joseph W. Moore of Greenwich.
The 10.2-acre property currently is vacant, as the town in September issued a demolition permit for an existing residence.
The property is owned by a limited liability company. It last was assessed at $1,250,060.
