The 15-room home planned for 36 Parish Road will include five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bath, finished basement, kitchen, dining room, family room, mudroom, study and gym, according to a building permit application submitted Jan. 23.
It will cost an estimated $800,000 to build, according to the application.
The contractor on the job is New Canaan-based Lecher Development LLC, and Steven Lecher is the architect, the application said.
The 1.09-acre property last was sold for $1.2 million in August 2015.
