The New Canaan Building Department last month issued a permit for a 4,100-square-foot home on Park Street.
The new four-bedroom house planned for 317 Park St. will include four full bathrooms and two half-baths, according to a permit issued July 23.
It also will include a 2-car garage and four fireplaces, the permit said.
The house will cost about $900,000 to build, the permit said.
The contractor on the job is EIMEG LLC, the architect John Kaeser, both of Weston, it said.
The .47-acre parcel had been purchased in June for $1 million, tax records show. (It includes an 1847-built house, the records show.)
