The New Canaan Building Department on June 20 received an application for a 3,033-square-foot house on Pastures Lane.
The four-bedroom home on Pastures Lane, a vacant lot, will include four full bathrooms, one half-bath, two fireplaces, an 1,106-square-foot finished basement and three-car garage, according to the building permit application.
It will cost about $1,168,750 to build, the application said.
The contractor on the job is Coastal Luxury Homes LLC, the architect CMS Arc, both of Westport.
The 2.55-acre lot was purchased in March by a trust for $1.5 million, tax records show.
