The municipal Building Department on Feb. 13 received an application for a 5,380-square-foot house in southeastern New Canaan.
The six-bedroom home planned for 15 Pocconock Trail will include six full bathrooms, one half-bath, three fireplaces, finished basement and attic and a three-bay garage.
It will cost about $1,150,000, the building permit application said.
The contractor on the job is New Canaan-based New Horizons Builders LLC, the architect Cartelli Design LLC of Newtown, it said.
The 2.1-acre lot currently includes a 1959-built ranch-style home, tax records show. It sold last August for $1.4 million, records show.
