The town on April 24 received an application to build a new two-unit modular home at 70 Seminary St., site of a 210-year-old residence.
Each unit will include 2,300 square feet, according to the application, and will have three bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a garage.
They’ll cost about $350,000 to build, according to the application.
The contractor on the job is Stamford-based Fairfield Contractors, the architect Bethel-based Westchester Modular, the application said.
The .27-acre property had been purchased for $680,000 in March, tax records show. It’s owned by a limited liability company whose principal lives in Oxford, according to records on file with the Connecticut Secretary of the State.
