The town on Oct. 14 received an application to build a 5,800-square-foot home on Turtle Back Road South.
The two-bedroom home at 7 Turtle Back South will include three full baths, one half-bath and an attached three-car garage, according to the application.
It will cost about $4 million to build, the application said.
The contractor and architect on the job is the RAM Group LLC of Cos Cob.
The 3.55-acre property includes a 1949-built ranch-style home, tax records show.
It was purchased last June for $3,350,000, tax records show, by a limited liability company. A New Canaan man—John Wilson of Lambert Road—is listed in state records as managing principal and trustee of the ownership company, 7 Turtleback South LLC.
