Plans for 48 Green Meadow Lane call for a five-bedroom home with an open plan, including a kitchen-eating-sitting area, game room, office and two-car garage, according to a building permit application field Dec. 31.
It is to be built by Kent-based Manitou Construction Inc., the application says, for about $1 million.
The property sold for $865,893 in December 2013, according to its assessor field card. A permit was issued in June 2012 to demolish the home that had stood there. The property’s owner is an LLC whose managing principal is a Manhasset, N.Y. man.
