  1. The Playhouse would be a wonderful place to have professional music & performances
Making it for what the name Playhouse stands for. Ridgefield & Stamford has there’s, why not right here in New Canaan?

  2. Very informative podcast. Bravo to the 1st selectman and town officials for making this happen! Cinema Lab seems to be the perfect fit. A potential big win for our downtown!

  3. Mike, Thank you for hosting our First Selectman who shared the latest updates on the Playhouse Theater.

    1. Since the next Town Council Meeting will be this Wednesday, June 29 on this topic with Public Comment, how can residents obtain a copy of the lease agreement beforehand?

    2. Regarding the proposed “members only” club within the Playhouse Theater, how much will the membership cost? What kind of club will it be? Will it be open to everyone? I think details about this club should be disclosed before Public Comment and vote.

    3. Will investors be identified?
