Police arrested a 53-year-old Deep Valley Road man by warrant in connection with his failure to appear on a prior motor vehicle charge.
The town resident turned himself in to police at 2 p.m. on Saturday in connection with the Oct. 23 incident, according to a police report. He had been stopped for speeding and police found him to have been operating with a suspended license, the report said.
Police charged him with second-degree failure to appear.
He was released on $500 bond and scheduled to appear March 9 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
