Police on Thursday arrested a 21-year-old Newark, N.J. man by warrant in connection with more than one dozen burglaries from motor vehicles in New Canaan more than two years ago.
During the overnight hours of Nov. 3 to 4, 2013, 14 vehicles occurred in New Canaan, according to a police report.
Investigators set to work and obtained a warrant for 14 counts of third-degree burglary, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny, the report said.
New Canaan Police took custody of the man at a county jail in Newark, it said.
He was held on $75,000 bond and scheduled to appear May 13 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
