Rocco Lawrence Cerretani grew up in New Canaan Connecticut, attending St Aloysius school and graduating from New Canaan high school in 1967.

Larry spent his final years living in DeLand Florida from 2013 to his passing in 2026. He was born on April 10, 1949 to Rocco and Pauline Cerretani and died June 2, 2026.
Larry was a truck driver in Pennsylvania and started his own truck repair business. He worked for the New Canaan public schools for 20 years starting at the high school in the AV department and finishing with transportation in the business department. Prior to working for the schools Larry was a cameraman on the TV show Miami Vice. He also worked for many years for the Walter Schalk school of dance.
After retiring from New Canaan Public Schools, Larry worked for Jos. A. Bank clothing stores as a salesman and eventually store manager. Larry was very tech savvy and loved to watch nature, westerns and crime shows.
Larry is survived by his son Kris, daughter Kira and many loving friends. His memory will forever be a blessing. We will rejoice in the promise of eternal life. The song is ended, but the melody lingers on.
Sorry for the loss of Cuz Larry. Always had a big heart, laugh and smile.

He was part of the Press Box team for Ram home football games and
the tech crew for Walter Schalk Shows among many other community
activities.
He had the gift of humor…a joy to be with.

Larry was very kind, witty and always willing to lend a hand. There was never a conversation that faded since his knowledge was well rounded. Larry will be missed, but not forgotten. May you have eternal rest.
