For today’s Q&A with a local business, we interviewed Lindsay Krupa, general manager at Tequila Mockingbird. The kitchen at the Forest Street favorite is open 4 to 8 p.m. daily, and will be open for the special hours of 12 to 9 p.m. May 5 for Cinco de Mayo.
