Police last week arrested a 21-year-old Staten Island, N.Y. man by warrant and charged him with first-degree failure to appear and failure to respond to a payable violation.
At about 1:03 a.m. on June 22, a fugitive recovery agent came to police headquarters with the man in custody on two active warrants that resulted from a previous investigation.

He additionally was charged with motor-vehicle related offenses.
